C³RDM – About us

The Cologne Competence Center for Research Data Management (C³RDM) is a central operating unit of the University of Cologne under the direction of the three partner institutions USB, ITCC and Division 7 Research Management. The aim of C³RDM is to bundle services and expertise on the topic of research data management (RDM) centrally, to advice researchers at the UoC along the research data life cycle, and to promote the systematic expansion of a research data infrastructure through demand-oriented, scalable services.

The C³RDM team offers you comprehensive support and advice on research data management in all phases of your research project: from the development of a data management plan as part of the application process to support in finding suitable (subject) repositories, the technical storage options and the publication of your research data. In addition to workshops and training courses, we also offer personal and individual consultations in institutes, subject groups and working groups.
